| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The roller shutter to be installed shall not be other than the open grill type as shown on the illustration received from the National Door and Security Company on 16th. May 2001. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of visual amenity. |
| 3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The Highway Authority has commented that the existing arrangement, whereby the keybox impinges on the highway foorway at head level, is unsatisfactory and has indicated that the keybox should be repositioned to the side of the roller shutter guide, clear of the highway boundary.
