| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the notes on the submitted plans, the new windows shall match the existing sash windows (on the floor to which they relate) in design, form of construction, materials and finishes. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the development does not detract from the appearance of the listed building. |
