1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The applicant is reminded by the Health and Safety Executive that the installation should comply with the relevant standards set out in the LP Gas Association Code of Practice No.1, "Bulk LPG Storage at Fixed Installations and Operation of Vessels located above Ground" and the need to comply with the relevant standards. The applicant is reminded of the need to comply fully with the requirements of condition no.3 of planning permission 06/00/0058/F and complete the fencing of the frontage of the site with post and chain fencing.
