| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The existing yard area shall be kept clear and available for the parking of staff and visitors carsand shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the retention and availability of parking to serve the proposed development. |
