| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No part of the structure shall impinge or encroach upon the highway boundary and no door shall open outwards over the public footway. The reason for the condition:- In the interests of highway safety. |
| 3. | Prior to any work commencing on the development hereby permitted details of the external paint finish of the new external walls shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority and such works shall be completed in accordance with such details as may be agreed.
