No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.The garage hereby permitted shall be positioned in accordance with the block plan on the revised drawing, Drawing No. 278/2B, received by the Local Planning Authority on 29th March 2001. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjoining property.
3.The garage shall not be brought into use until the existing front boundary fence has been removed and the new boundary wall has been erected in accordance with the details indicated on Drawing No. 278/2B. All planting/obstructions between the new boundary wall and the near edge of the adjacent County highway shall be lowered to a height not exceeding 0.6 metres above highway carriageway level, and shall thereafter be so maintained. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety.
4.The garage shall not be brought into use until the turning area indicated on Drawing No. 278/2B has been drained and surfaced, and that area shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than the manoeuvring of vehicles. The reason for the condition is :- To enable vehicles to enter and leave the site in a forward gear in the interests of highway safety.
5.Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no gates shall be hung across the existing vehicular access to the site. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety.
6.The garage shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property.
