| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The main access door to the unit shall be kept closed at all times when any noisy work is being carried out on vehicles within the unit. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the use of the premises does not adversely affect the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby properties. |
| 3. | No works shall take place on vehicles outside the unit hereby permitted. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby residential properties. |
