1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The area to be used for the siting of amusement machines shall accord with the area indicated on the submitted drawing and the machines to be located in the area shall be limited to those referred to in the note accompanying the application dated 16th February 2001. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the use of the premises takes place in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission.
