1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the drawing nos. 042400.05A(the internal layout)revised 4th July 2001 and 042400.04B (elevations) received by the Local Planning Authority on 19th February 2001. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The use hereby permitted shall not be open to customers outside the hours of 09.00hrs to 23.30hrs on any day. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby properties.
4.Any games machines generating noise shall be sited at least three metres inside of any of the external doorways in the family recreation and entertainment area and no amplified music systems shall be installed on the exterior of the building without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure compliance with Policy TR5 of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
5.The entrance and fire exit on the Trafalgar Road frontage of the building shall be used only for emergency exit purposes after 21.00hrs on any day. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupier of the nearby properties and to ensure complance with Policy TR5 of the Great Yamouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
6.No development shall take place until samples of materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the building hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality and as precise details have not been submitted as part of the application.

THEAPPLICANTS ATTENTION IS DRAWN TO THE FACT THAT THIS PERMISSION IS ALSO THE SUBJECT OF A SECTION 106 AGREEMENT DATED RELATING TO THE SITING OF AMUSEMENT MACHINES, AREAS TO BE USED AND TYPES OF MACHINES TO BE USED.
