| 1. | This permission expires on 30 April 2007 and unless on or before that date application has been made for an extension of the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued. The reason for the condition is :- In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the use have been experienced and in the interests of the amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | Before the use hereby approved is brought into operation by the new tenant the parking and turning areas shall be marked out in accordance with the plan approved under application No. 06/98/0666/CU or in accordance with any revised car parking scheme as may be submitted by the tenant and approved by the Local Planning Authority and these areas shall be kept clear of obstruction and available for use at all times. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to provide for the parking of staff and customers' cars off the highway in the interests of Highway Safety. |
| 3. | No storage of any kind shall take place outside the building. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the visual amenities of the area. |
| 4. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The Council's Access Officer has requested that full access and facilities be provided for children and adults with disabilities. The applicant is advised to consult the Borough Environmental Health Officer about health and safety issues. This permission is for a change of use only and does not grant consent for any external alterations to the premises. |
