| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plans Drawings Nos 117/1A and letter dated and received on the 17th April 2001. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in accordance with Policy B11 of Broads Local Plan adopted 1997 which seeks to promote good design. |
| 3. | The garage shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates. The reason for the condition is: In the interest of the residential amenity of the area and Policy H11 of the Broads Local Plan 1997. |
