1.	This permission expires on 30th. June 2001 and unless on or before that date application has been made for an extension of the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued. The reason for the condition is :- This permission is granted under exceptional circumstances for a type of use not normally permitted in a shopping area but consent has been granted in this instance having regard to the applicant's circumstances and the requirement for temporary accommodation.
