| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Sliding gates shall be installed at the front of the kiosk hereby approved in accordance with the revised plan No. 926/1C received by the Local Planning Authority on 5th. March 2001. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of pedestrian safety. |
| 3. | The kiosk shall not be used for the sale of any type of hot food to take away without the prior permission in writing of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the building which is required only for the retail sales of soft drinks and ice cream. |
| 4. | The existing kiosk shall be removed as indicated on the submitted plan before the kiosk hereby approved is first brought into use. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of visual amenity. |
