| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No development shall take place until details of the exact colour of the roof sheets to be used have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the development in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
