1.	The occupation of the dwelling shall be limited to:- (a) a person solely or mainly working, or last working, in the locality in agriculture or in forestry, or a widow or widower of such a person, and to any resident dependants; or (b) any individual or family group (for holiday accommodation) for a period not in excess of four weeks in any calendar year. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the dwelling is not used for permanent residential accommodation contrary to the provisions of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
