| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with Drawing Nos. 2013.4 1a, 2013.4 2b and 2013.4 3a. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the permission relates to the correct documents and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 3. | The extensions hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until the car parking area has been demarcated in accordance with the details indicated on Draswing No. 2013.4 3a; and that area shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than the parking of vehicles. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that adequate parking facilities are provided. |
