| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | This permission shall enure for the benefit of Mr. E. Winyard and Mr. A. Nunn only, and for only such period of time as they may be occupying the site for the use hereby approved and the consent shall not enure for the benefit of the land nor of any other person for the time being having an interest therein. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site which is outside any area allocated for shopping purposes in the Modified Deposit Version of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. |
| 3. | The forecourt area shall only be used for the parking of staff and customers' cars and shall be kept clear of obstructions and available for use at all times. The reason for the condition is :- for the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the provision of satisfactory off-street parking to meet the needs generated by the use of the premises. |
