| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No part of the development, including any housing box for the roller shutter door, shall overhang or impinge on the public footway and no gate or window shall be hung so as to open outwards over the public footway. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of highway and pedestrian safety. |
