No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.Prior to the bringing into use of the development hereby approved the double decker bus and awning shall to removed from the site. The reason for the development is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.Notwithstanding the submitted details the walls of the building shall not be stained a golden brown colour to match the existing buildings but shall be stained a darker more subdued colour which shall be agreed in advance with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- The golden brown colour of the existing buildings has been found to make them rather prominent in the landscape.
4.The ramped entrances to the building shall be non-slip surfaced with 1:20 gradients. The reason for the condition is:- For the safety and convenience of visitors.
5.No development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority a scheme of landscaping, which shall include indications of all existing trees and hedgerows on the land, and details of any to be retained, together with measures for their protection in the course of development. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
6.All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved details of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding season following the occupation of the buildings or the completion of the development, whichever, is the sooner, and any trees or plants which within a period of 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation.
