1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	Notwithstanding the information given in the application and the notes on the submitted plan, Drawing No. 264/1, no development shall take place until details of the exact type and colour of the external materials to be used, including the fenestration, have been agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the development in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
