| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The new access onto Bracon Road shall be for the benefit of the applicant and his family and shall be removed should the applicant cease to occupy 15 Provan Crescent. The reason for the condition is:- The long term retention of the access would not be in the interests of highway safety and has been granted under exceptional circumstances in this case. |
| 3. | No gates shall be installed at the new access onto Bracon Road. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of highway safety. |
