| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The premises shall not be occupied for the purposes hereby approved until detailed floor plans showing the extent of the various uses have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the use of the site takes place in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority as such details have not been submitted. |
| 3. | Before the premises are occupied for the purposes hereby approved operational and non-operational parking facilities shall be provided within the curtilage of the site in accordance with a layout to be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority and the areas as may be approved shall be kept free of storage/obstruction and available for use at all times. The reason for the condition is :- In order to ensure the provision of satisfactory off-street parking to meet the needs generated by the proposed use. |
