1.	The signs shall not be displayed other than in accordance with the revised drawings received by the Local Planning Authority on 6th. December 2000. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of visual amenity.
2.	The maximum luminance of the signs shall not exceed the following values :- Evans fascia sign - 600cd/m2. Projecting signs - 800cd/m2. The reason for the condition is :- To preserve amenity and prevent danger to road users. Informatiuve note. The Director of Planning and Transportation has indicated that the Norfolk County Council reserves the right under Section 152 of the Highways Act 1980 and under the general provisions of Common Law to remove any sign causing dazzle, obstruction or nuisance.
