| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The bricked -up windows of the print unit facing North Quay shall be colour-washed to match the existing wall. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the appearance of the building and the visual amenities of the area. |
| 3. | The brickwork to the window openings to be blocked up in the proposed "paper store" shall be recessed a minimum of 25mm. from the front face of the existing wall on the North Quay elevation and no blocking up work shall commence until the precise type and colour of facing brick to be used has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is ;- In the interests of the appearance of the building and the visual amenities of the area as details of the materials have not been submitted. |
