| 1. | No repair work to vehicles shall take place outside the building.
The reason for the condition is:-
In the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of the nearby residential properties. |
| 2. | This consent shall enure for the benefit of Mr J D Moore only and for only such period of time that he may be occupying the premises as a motor mechanic and the consent shall not enure for the benefit of the land nor any other person for the time being having an interest therein.
The reason for the condition is:-
To enable the Local Planiing Authority to retain control over the use of the premises due to its proximity to the adjacent residential properties. |
| 3. | The use hereby permitted shall not operate outside the following hours 08.00 to 19.00 Monday to Friday and 08.00 to 13.00 on Saturdays and no work shall take place on on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby properties. |
| 4. | The use of the premises shall be carried out in accordance with the details set out in the agent's letter dated 1st November 2000.
The reason for the condition is:-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure the use of the premises takes place in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Auhtority on the grant of this permission. |
