The proposed telecommunication installation is considered to have a significant adverse effect on the natural beauty of this location within the Broads area and should be re-sited in a less visually intrusive location, preferably on an existing mast or other appropriate structure, and where it does not cause harm to the character of the landscape. As submitted, the proposal is judged contrary to Policy INF14 of the Broads Local Plan 1997.
