| 1. | The caravans shall only be occupied during the period from 28th February in any year to 14th January in the following year. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the caravans are not used as permanent units of residential accommodation. Furthermore, the site is within an area designated as "Prime Holiday Accommodation" in the Modified Deposit Version of the Borough-Wide Local Plan where the Local Planning Authority will resist any change of use to purposes which are not tourist related. |
