| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is:- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | No demolition works shall commence until a contract has been let for the development granted planning permission under Reference No. 06/00/0726/F and details of the contract have been submitted for the agreement of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the appearance of the Conservation Area. |
