| 1. | This permission expires on 31st July 2003 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the office/store shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the building which is constructed of short lived materials and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | Prior to the building hereby permitted being placed on the site details shall be submitted of three additional parking spaces to serve the additional accommodation and such details of parking spaces as may be agreed shall be provided prior to the building being brought into use and the spaces shall thereafter be kept available for the parking vehicles. The reason for the condition is: To ensure sufficient parking to serve the proposed development. |
| 3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The applicant is reminded that the existing planting on the eastern boundary of the the site shall be retained to screen the site. |
| 4. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 6th October 2000. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
