| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | In accordance with the applicant's letter of 2nd October 2000, and the details contained therein, horse riding shall not take place along the County Highway and horse warning signs shall be provided to the approval of the County Highways Department.
