| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the toilet arrangements indicated on Drawing No. 4577:15, a unisex disabled persons toilet (all to Part 'M' Building Regulations standard) shall be provided as indicated on the attached sketch.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of people with disabilities.

| 4. | 1. Attention is drawn to the need for compliance with with condition Nos. 3, 4 and 5 of planning permission No. 06/97/0900/F dated 11th March 1998. |
| 5. | 2. The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be incorporated in the proposed development in the interests of people with disabilities :-
(i) all changes of level to be ramped (1:20 max) including exits.
(ii) all doors 900mm wide and easy to open. |
