| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Within 3 months of the date of this permission the structure shall be completed by the installation of the polycarbonate roof sheeting and the fixing of a suitable bargeboard with guttering along the east side of the roof. Any down pipe from the guttering shall only discharge within the curtilage of the site. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the structure is satisfactorily completed within a reasonable period of time in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 3. | Within 3 months of the date of this permission all the fencing panels forming the side wall to the car port shall be painted/stained the same colour. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
