| 1. | This permission expires on 20th September, 2003 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the portacabin shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the building which is constructed of short lived materials and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |

| 3. | The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be incorporated in the proposed development in the interests of people with disabilities :- (i) level or ramped approaches to all public entrance (1:20 maximum slope preferred), (ii) level standing at doorways, (iii) flush thresholds, and (iv) wide (900mm preferred, 838mm minimum) easy to open doors. |
