1.	This permission expires on 30th. September 2002 and unless on or before that date application has been made for for an extension of the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority all the rides / structures shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Authority to retain control over the use of the site which is identified as "Possible Marina Leisure Centre Extension" in the Modified Deposit Version of the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan.
2.	No amusement facility, ride or structure of any kind shall be placed on the site until full details of its siting, design and external appearance has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as no such details have been submitted.
