| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out incorporating the amendment to the proposed garage indicated on the drawing (dated 25th September 2000) submitted with the agent's letter dated 3rd October 2000. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 3. | The garage shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. |
| 4. | Note - Please read the following note carefully :- The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be incorporated in the proposed development in the interests of people with disabilities ;- (i) ramped approach (to the lobby), (ii) level standing at doorway, (iii) flush threshold, and (iv) wide (838mm) easy to open doors throughout new work. |
