| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plan, Drawing No. 226/1 Revision B, received by the Local Planning Authority on 5th September 2000.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjoining property. |
| 3. | No development shall take place until details of the exact type and colour of the external materials to be used have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

| 4. | The extension/additions hereby permitted shall not be occupied/brought into use until the "driveway" has been has been constructed as indicated on Drawing No. 226/1 Revision B.
The reason for the condition is :-
To provide for the parking of vehicles off the highway and to enable vehicles to enter and leave the site in a forward gear in the interests of highway safety. |
| 5. | The car port shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property.

| 7. | The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be incorporated in the proposed development in the interests of people with disabilities :-
(i) ramped approach,
(ii) level standing at doorway,
(iii) flush threshold, and
(iv) wide (838mm) easy to open doors, i.e. excepting the double doors. |
