| 1. | The maximum luminance of each advertising panel shall not exceed 600 cd/m2. The reason for the condition is :- To preserve amenity and prevent danger to road users. |

| 3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- a) The Director of Planning and Transportation has indicated that the Norfolk County Council reserves the right under Section 152 of the Highways Act 1980 and under the general provisions of Common Law to remove any sign causing dazzle, obstruction or nuisance. b) The applicant must liaise with the Area Engineer - North, Gas House Hill, Aylsham, to agree the final positioning on site prior to the installation of the bus shelter. |
