1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	This permission relates solely to the change of use from agricultural land to recreational open space, and before the commencement of any site works details of the means of access, car parking provision and the landscaping of the site shall be submitted to approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority; all works excepting landscaping, which shall be carried out in accordance with a timetable to be agreed with the Local Planning Authority, shall be completed before the use hereby permitted is commenced.
