1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
2. | No development shall take place until there has been been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a scheme of landscaping for the area around the proposed compound. In addition to the provision of further planting, the scheme shall include indications of existing trees to be retained, together with measures for their protection in the course of development.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
3. | All planting comprised in the approved details of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting season following the completion of the development; and any trees or plants which within a period of 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation.

4. | No development shall take place until a detailed specification for the crossing over and culverting of the existing ditch, including the surfacing of the proposed parking area, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

In the interests of highway safety and to safeguard the interests of highway surface water disposal and land drainage. |
5. | Concurrent with the erection of the tower a red warning light, the details of which shall be agreed with the Local Planning Authority, shall be installed at the top of the structure and be brought into immediate operation, and the light shall thereafter be maintained in an operable condition.

6. | No part of any structure shall overhang or encroach upon highway land and no gate shall open outwards over the public highway.
