| 2. | All soft landscape works shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plans, Drawing Nos. 9938/L1 Rev. C and 9938/L2 Rev. C, received on 11th August 2000 and shall be implemented in accordance with a programme to be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. No dwellings shall be occupied until the implementation programme has been agreed; and any trees or plants which within a period of 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation.
