| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |

| 3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The Council's Access Officer has requested that in the interests of persons with disabilites a) The two lifts should be installed and working before the building is re-occupied b) Decoration should take into consideration the needs of those with sight difficulties. c) A fixed or portable loop system should be installed in the reception /meeting room for the hard of hearing. |
