1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plans, Drawing Nos. 484/A3.03A and 484/A3.04B, received by the Local Planning Authority on 21st June 2000.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt, in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality and in the interests of highway safety. |
3. | Any access gates, if installed, shall be hung to open inwards only and shall be set back a minimum distance of 4.5 metres from the near edge of the existing highway carriageway.
The reason for the condition is :-
To provide for vehicles to stand clear of the highway carriageway in the interests of highway safety whilst the gates are being opened or closed.

4. | The car port shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates.
The reason for this condition is :-
To prevent injury to the amenities of the area.
