1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plans, Drawing Nos. 484/A3.03A and 484/A3.04B, received by the Local Planning Authority on 21st June 2000. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt, in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality and in the interests of highway safety.
3.Any access gates, if installed, shall be hung to open inwards only and shall be set back a minimum distance of 4.5 metres from the near edge of the existing highway carriageway. The reason for the condition is :- To provide for vehicles to stand clear of the highway carriageway in the interests of highway safety whilst the gates are being opened or closed. continued on next page :-
4.The car port shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with the dwelling to which it relates. The reason for this condition is :- To prevent injury to the amenities of the area.
