| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the submitted plans the window on the east elevation shall be omitted from the development and no further openings shall be made in the completed extension on this elevation thereafter. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of protecting the privacy of the nearby dwelling. |
