1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 12th July, 2000 or as further modified with the prior written agreement of the Local Planning Authority.

3. | No development shall take place until the site access has been widened to a minimum width of 5 metres for a distance of 20 metres from the near carriageway edge of the highway.

4. | No more than 35 of the holiday units hereby allowed shall be provided before the County Council as Highway Authority promotes and (subject to the outcome of their consideration of any objections) implements a Traffic Regulation Order for the extension of the 40mph speed limit to cover the site access and its approach from the Great Yarmouth direction.

5. | No more than 50 of the holiday units hereby allowed shall be provided until a nearside passing bay has been provided on the A143 opposite to the site access in accordance with details that shall form part of a legal agreement with Norfolk County Council.

6. | Other than in the case of emergencies there shall be no access to the development hereby approved from the Hall Lodge entrance.

7. | Units 21 to 27 shall not be placed on the site until all the other phases of the development have taken place unless the Local Planning Authority provides written agreement otherwise.

To allow the landscaping in this area time to mature. |
8. | No development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority a scheme of landscaping and natural habitat management which shall be implemented during the phased construction of the holiday site and maintained thereafter.

9. | Foul drainage and water supply for the development shall be in accordance with details that shall have the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority.

10. | The accomondation units shall be used for holiday occupation only and no unit shall be occupied for more than 28 days at any one time without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition:-
The site is located outside any area allocated in the Great Yarmouth Local Plan 2001 for permanent residential development and therefore would be contrary to Policy HOU 10 . |
