1.	This consent is for a temporary period expiring on 30th. September 2000 and unless on or before that date application is made for an extension of the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the banners shall be removed from the building. The reason for the condition is :- The signs are of a temporary nature and of a type for which the Local Planning Authority would not normally permit and permission has only been granted in this instance having regard to the particular needs of the applicant.
