| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted details shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority of the proposed means of access, car parking and servicing facilities and the development shall be carried out strictly in accordance with such approved details. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the provision of adequate access and parking provion to serve the development proposed. |
| 3. | Prior to any demolition work taking place details shall be sumitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the visiual amenities of the locality. |
| 4. | Prior to the use hereby permitted commencing details shall be submitted of the vet nurse accommodation to be provided and the use of such accommodation as provided in accordance with such details as may be agreed shall only be used as ancillary vet nurse accommodation in connection with the main use of the premises as a vetrinary hospital and shall not be used for any other purpose without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the premises for a form of development not normally permitted in an area zoned for emp[loyment uses. |
