| 1. | The proposed touring caravan site will have a significant adverse effect upon highway safety and free-flowing traffic contrary to Policies TR14 and TC4 of the Broads Local Plan 1997 due to the amount and nature of vehicle traffic it would engender and in respect of the characteristics of the A149 and its junction with Eels Foot Road and to the inadequate width of Eels Foot Road itself. |
| 2. | The proposed touring caravan site, due to its scale and the increased visitor numbers it will bring, would have a potentially damaging effect upon the landscape quality and sensitive environmental character of the site and the immediate area and an adverse effect upon the amenities enjoyed by nearby residents which would be contrary to Policies TR14, C2, C3 and C6 of the Broads Local Plan. |
