| No. | Condition Text |

| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 ( or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) the dwellings shall not be extended in any way without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over any extensions to the dwellings in the interests of residential amenity. |

| 4. | The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be incorporated in the proposed development in the interests of people with disabilities :- (i) level or ramped approaches to all doorways (1:20 maximum slope preferred), (ii) level standing at doorways, (iii) flush thresholds, and (iv) wide (900mm preferred, 838mm minimum) easy to open doors. |
