No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 ( or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) the dwellings shall not be extended in any way without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over any extensions to the dwellings in the interests of residential amenity.

4.The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be incorporated in the proposed development in the interests of people with disabilities :- (i) level or ramped approaches to all doorways (1:20 maximum slope preferred), (ii) level standing at doorways, (iii) flush thresholds, and (iv) wide (900mm preferred, 838mm minimum) easy to open doors.
