1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.Prior to the commencement of the development, and notwithstanding the submitted plans, further details shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority in respect of the issues covered in the comments from the Broads Authority's Design Consultant dated 3rd May, 2000 (attached) and the development shall thereafter proceed in accordance with these agreed details. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the satisfactory appearance of the development.
3.Ground floor door 5 shall accord with the width shown in the elevation rather than the plan. The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt as the elevation and plan do not match.
4.No work shall commence until the exact type and colour of the materials and details of the mortar mix and brick bonding have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of the materials have not been submitted.
