| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No work shall commence until details of the exact type and colour of facing brick to be used have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
